# End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and **QuailSofts LLC** for the NetPay mobile application.

## 1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, QuailSofts LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NetPay on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

## 2. Restrictions

You may not:

- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels

## 3. Ownership

QuailSofts LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to NetPay, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of QuailSofts LLC.

## 4. Purchases

NetPay Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the App Store or Google Play. Restore purchases through the app if you reinstall or switch devices.

## 5. Disclaimer

NETPAY AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. QUAILSOFTS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE TAX OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL QUAILSOFTS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

## 7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application.

## 8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
